Kathy Zetterberg - Owner, CPT, PES, CES

As an athlete, trainer and coach, Kathy Zetterberg knows how to bring out the “personal best” in everyone—from seasoned athletes to beginning exercisers. Kathy competed in college level tennis and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. A professional tennis instructor for over 20 years, Kathy has been head girls’ tennis coach at both Calabasas High School and Oaks Christian High School. She has also competed in numerous triathlons in Southern California. Her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certifications cover Personal Training, Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement. Additionally she is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Personal Training Institute.

Kathy’s approach is highly individualized and comprehensive. With a keen eye for muscle imbalances she identifies specific problem areas. But to Kathy each client is not just a collection of muscles to be toned, but a complex individual with a unique mind/body/spirit interplay. Rather than a “one size fits all” approach, she addresses specific needs and goals with extraordinary creativity, expertise and commitment. For Kathy Zetterberg, Fitness Together is not just a name, but a guiding principle for the special partnership she forms with each client to achieve his or her unique goals.
